Our mission is to fight animal abandonment, neglect and cruelty – one real estate transaction at a time.
When you sell or buy a property through one of our brokers, you’re helping animals, too!
We love animals and want to make a difference by improving their living conditions. We donate a percentage of all agency commissions to the SPCA. Let our team help you sell or buy your dream property – and at the same time help a community that doesn’t have a voice!
Quebec has the most abandoned animals in all of North America, with an estimated over half a million animals abandoned in our province each year. Of these pets, 30% are abandoned during moving season. Unfortunately, the majority of them will either be put to sleep or end their lives in a cage.
Roughly half of all Quebec families own a pet. Since most of our real estate transactions are based in Quebec, our brokers are in the perfect position to make a real change.
We use our platform to donate, volunteer and get involved locally for a cause that’s so dear to our hearts.
Meet our brokersThe Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was the first animal-welfare organization in Canada.
Since its foundation it has come a long way. Today, it is the largest animal protection organization in Quebec, speaking out on behalf of animals wherever ignorance, cruelty, exploitation or neglect prevail.
The mission of the Montreal SPCA is to protect animals from neglect, abuse and exploitation; to represent their interests and ensure their well-being; and last but not least, to raise public awareness and help develop compassion for all sentient beings.
We prepare a detailed and comprehensive comparative market analysis for your property to determine the best sales strategy.
